All fine Egyptian cotton linen, down and feather quilts, and towels are provided , along with all basic essentials for making tea, coffee, salt, pepper, washing up liquid. There are an arrangement of plates, glasses, cups, etc. Free WIFI in every unit.

Two connecting bedrooms - Flat 1
On the second floor of the building.
Spacious two bedroom unit with huge bathroom with heated floor and mirror. This unit has the advantage of two separate bedrooms which can be singles or doubles.
There is a small sink area with kettle, toaster, small fridge, and an array of plates, cups, mugs and glasses. The larger bedroom has a folding table that can seat 4 for breakfasts or a glass before dinner.
One bedroom apartment - Flat 2
The apartment is on the second floor of the building.
Beautiful and charismatic 1 bedroom apartment, walk in shower (heated floor), separate toilet, living room with sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with multi function oven, dishwasher, fridge and gas hob. Well equipped for more than 2 persons to cater f or people renting other units and mixing with this one.
There is a king size bed in the bedroom, plus a good sized and easy to use folding bed for the third person of two that don’t like to share a bed.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building.
Consists of a large bedroom with double bed, a studio arrangement with a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a small breakfastbar for 2 people.

The bathroom features a large walk in shower, basin, heated mirror, heated floor. Seperate toilet. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building.

A three bedroom maisonette over two floors, having the benefit of a large garden and terrace, fabulous in summer being in the centre of Bath. Two double bedrooms that can be either singles or doubles, plus one further single bedroom. Prices and special offers
Prices are per night and based on 2 people sharing in the 1 bedroom units, and 3 people sharing in the 2 bedroom apartment.
Extra people are charged at £20 in the one bedroom suites and £30 per person per night in the two bedroom apartment.
We can offer longer stay reductions, please contact us.
Our prices are based on a minumum stay of 2 nights. One night bookings wil have a surcharge and are on request only.
